Shoba is an amazing MUA and I would highly recommend to anyone getting married or needing a makeup artist for an important event. From when I went to my trial she was so warm, welcoming and friendly.

On the morning she created a lovely atmosphere where we were getting ready and did the most perfect makeup not only for myself but also for mother of the bride and bridesmaids.

Shoba i can’t thank you enough for everything you did and the way you made me feel on such a special day for me.

I could not recommend Shoba enough! Her technical, skill and talent is beyond anything I could have ever dreamt of. Shoba made up myself, my mother and one of my bridesmaids alongside a colleague to complete the rest of my bridal party.

My makeup lasted all day, with no need for a single touch-up (although a touch-up kit was provided).

I cannot recommend mytakeonmakeup highly enough! From the moment she arrived on the morning of my wedding, she created such a calm, relaxed atmosphere that completely put me at ease. I was so nervous, but she has this wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and cared for.

The make-up itself was everything I had hoped for – glowing, natural, and it lasted perfectly all day (and night!). I felt amazing, and it gave me such confidence walking down the aisle. She also did make-up for my three bridesmaids, who all looked stunning, and she went above and beyond with my three little bridesmaids.

Shoba was amazing start to finish. Before my trial I sent her inspo pics and at the trial she was so professional and the vibe was so lovely with music and light refreshments. I was so pleased with her work but had some small amends ahead of the big day which she took on board - I was thrilled with my final look on my wedding day.

She also gave me loads of advice in the lead up about how to have my skin perfect and prepped. She really goes the extra mile.

Shoba did such a beautiful job for my wedding day makeup. I had a lovely calm morning with Shoba and felt really beautiful,my makeup stayed on all night. I didn’t even need the lovely touch up kit Shoba prepared. I can’t thank you enough Shoba for being a lovely and special part of my day. 

I honestly can't thank her enough. I had seen her work on Instagram, and was blown away by how naturally beautiful her make up style was. To tell the truth, when I first messaged her, I honestly didn't think I'd be able to afford her. Shoba's presence on the day was calming and professional. She even went above and beyond shooting reels and taking pictures when I was in my dress. So I now have those lovely memories to look back on 👰🏼‍♀️ My make up lasted all day. I didn't need to do touch ups, even though Shoba had kindly provided a little mini kit of a few of the products she applied, should I of needed to. Doing make up is more than just a job for Shoba. She takes so much care in her work, and her love for the art form shines through, as it's truly a passion of hers. Shoba was incredible! I found her during a Instagram search and as soon I looked at her work I knew I needed her as my makeup artist for my Big Day. i changed my mind 3 weeks before how i want me makeup to be but Shoba didn't panic, nothing was too much trouble.She absolutely smashed it on the day!
